Overview

The Itasca Police Department can flag the addresses of Itasca Alert enrollees. That way when calls come in involving these participants, Itasca emergency dispatchers can alert responding police officers and emergency medical responders about your family member’s special needs.

Verification Process

Confidentiality of the Itasca Alert information will be assured. After contacting the Itasca Police Department, an Itasca Police Officer will contact you to verify the information and your family member’s special needs will be entered into our emergency data base.
